成年人学英语过程中的十大障碍，看看有几条戳了你的痛处和泪点：

  缺乏激情，缺乏人鼓励或打击，很难走出自己的舒适区，在英语学习上要想有所成就，比戒烟和减肥要难很多。
  没有近在眼前的利益驱动
  自我幻想与安慰，一天刷几个片段就认为是在学习了

4、There’s no foreseeableinterests in pursuing English in a short run.

5、Self-delusion and self-comfortingleads to impeccable excuses which keep us from getting into the weeds. Forinstance, scrolling a few short clips isn’t gonna help us to get over the hump.

6、Strong self-esteem,self-centric and self-doubt are the major barriers getting in the way of ourlearning journey, it is killing the passion of breaking through our limits inan inconspicuous manner.

7、We think we’re enthusiasticpursuers, but we neither invest time or money while we’re in need of anenvironment or platform where we can present our ideas and practice verbaldexterity.  

8、Being short-sightedor narrow-minded, we simply can’t see the Forrest for the trees, focusing toomuch on just one or two element, for example words and phrase, and it doesn’tlead us to fluency.

9、Keep wasting ourtime in pursuit of magic solutions or desperately in search of an easy way out.Too many choices diverted our attention and we’re simply unaware of that we’rebiting off more than we can chew.

10、Our gift ofexploring maximum potential has been quietly strangled by（此处省去三个字）, don’tyou think we’re now too weak to climb up the high mountain and too timid todive into the deep sea?
