I wantedso much to offer you a systematic approach to advance your verbal and writing skills.For weeks we kept posting threads to stress the importance of making sentence,organizing meetings to circulate the “mixing business with pleasure” learningapproach, hiring volunteers to take part in the activities…If you could stillremember how many times I’ve mentioned the free team-up activity, you wouldappreciate how hard I tried to keep you guys on board.

I wantedso much to facilitate you overcome the barriers and help you achieve yourmaximum potential. Time and time again, I tried to exemplify the tricky part offorming sophisticated sentences, to demonstrate the way how you can grasp theessence of standing out from the crowd, to analyze the synopsis of DH andprovide you with my humble insights…If you could still remember how Ideconstructed various types of sentence structures for you, You would realizethe value of my original content.

Regardlessof how much time I had to sacrifice to deliver those actions, for most of themembers of this group, my significant efforts and profound dedication had gonein vein, It was at that moment I finally realize that no matter how hard I’ve triedto pull you guys together, It is doomed that only a small fraction of peopleunderstands the value of my devoted actions, and I’m telling you that the ageof digital mooching is over, whether you believe it or not.

Now Ihave to inform you that my hands are tied, I have to face the reality thatwe‘re short of people and luck of funds, from the moment I’m stepping into theonline language education business, I knew it is tough, especially for thisniche market where most of the grownups like you have no rigid demand, and I alsoknew that I was putting myself on the line, but on the other hand, I see thelight at the end of the tunnel, I see my old team-mate @Sherry renewed the 3980VIP membership without bargaining, followed by @JY at the moment I announcedthe Loyal Customer Reward Program, even though she had gone through a reallybad year and money is extremely tight, she said, “count me in”.

I see @东东, our previouspermanent VIP renewed his membership, meanwhile he told our after-salesspecialist that he didn’t wanna bother me when he was facing problems that weresupposed to be taken care of, I knew he wanted to save me some time focusing onthe big picture, and now his feedback still strikes me like a kindly reminderwhich inspired me that I have to take extreme measures and think beforehand totake care of our customers, and make sure a smooth feedback device had been putinto practice whenever we introduce a roll-out.

There’regenuine friendships occurred during the journey of managing this group, @Christinatreated me a decent meal along with her husband when she knew that I arrived inShenzhen, I know that meal was rather costly which may refer to someone as“costed me an arm and a leg”. And @Mark来曙光 donated us 5 grandRMB without asking too much in return. These people above-mentioned, whetherthey are the accomplished ones or not, I’m pretty sure they’re no lessintelligent than anyone of us, I’m sure that they just wanted to show theirappreciation and gesture to support my devoted career.

There isa unique soul behind every icon of a wechat ID, and there is a considerableamount of insensible perspiration behind every piece of work, all of whichshould be carefully maintained and hold in awe. Now I’d like to take thisopportunity to thank our part-time editors @Fannie and @小碧, you guys haveno idea how hard I pushed them to meet the deadline and how strict I demandedthem to edit every single phrase, they managed to pull it off with flyingcolors. For that, I wanted to give them a thumbs up.

For @Gordonand @明月@Steve, the proof reading part of each line of the script and handmanual is quite tiresome and exhausting, I share my sympathy with you because Ihave been there many, many times.

My finaladvice for you all, learning English is a marathon, not a sprint, and it is notjust about how many words we’re able to memorize and how accurate and beautifuleach syllable we can pronounce, every component matters---prefix, words,phrases, a string of words, sentence structures, literary narratives of anarticle and speech are equally important. Please try to cut back on digitalmooching and don’t focus too much on the small details, because you’ll end up witha dilettante and will regret not seeing the forest for the trees.

Only by standingon the shoulders of the giant (Here I mean the creator of the show) can we beable to explorer the entire landscape and enjoy the process of languageacquisition.

As asaying goes “All good things must come to an end”, whether you enjoy it or not,now it is time to shake hands and say goodbye!

Beforethe departure, one thing I can assure you is that nothing is gonna stop me devotingmyself into the only thing that matters to me, which is learning Englishthrough watching movies and TV-shows.
