Out of one's league：1、To be in a situation where your skills, accomplishments, talents or looks are on a significantly lower (or sometimes higher) level than your own. （不是同一种范畴类型，不在同一个级别）

2、A person you have no chance with dating/hooking up with because they are considered much more attractive, popular, intelligent or more successful than you. （高不可攀，遥不可及）

3、When something is out of your league, you mean it is beyond what you can do.（不在某人管辖之内，或超出某人职权范围）

中文释义：Out of one's league 意为「高不可攀，高不可及」。无论在财富、智慧、容貌或能力上，当某一方比另一方差很多或者双方相差甚大时，就可以用这个成语来形容，但通常指交往中的男女其中一方的颜值或财富比对方高出或多出许多。这个成语中的 one’s 是指比较差的一方。

Out of one's league 最有可能源自美国的棒球，诚如大家所知，美国棒球根据专业能力和水平分为不同的联盟。最初这个成语是写成或说成 to bat out of one's league，显然与棒球有关。
