It takes all sorts to form a world, it also takes significant efforts to build up an active group, not to mention the countless hours we have been investing into pursuing English proficiency. 

So, before we truly master any given language, we should have a clear picture as to how can we effectively overcome barriers like bad grammar, insufficient vocabulary, poor sentence structure...you name it, these are the growing pains we have to endure and conquer. 

Therefore, we need to devise a long-term plan to unblock what's get in our way. My personal experience is that, find a way to keep yourself stay motivated, mingle with people who're more experienced and sophisticated than you, when you have successfully fitted in with a circle which could empower you, please don't hesitate to show your appreciation, trust me, taking part of an English corner is a great way to practice your way of adopting the westerners mindset, please try to take advantage of this opportunity, because opened doors don't stay open forever, if you had an opportunity, grab it and hold on tight, cherish and contribute your efforts during the process of climbing up the language ladders.
