As in I didn't do much this weekend because I came down with a cold.
中文释义：Come down with sth不 是 拿 着 什 么 东 西 下 楼，而是表示生病、染上...病、患...病，一般指感冒发烧之类的小病症。go down with sth也是可以的。例句：I came down with the flu. (我得了流感。) 生病还有另外几个表达方式：got/caught/have a cold/flu; don't feel well; under the weather; be out of sorts;off-color.
